Listing data accuracy

Listing information — price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, year built, and status — is believed accurate but is not guaranteed. It comes from the MLS record and the listing agent, and it can change without notice: a price can change, a home can go under contract, and a listing can be withdrawn. Verify the current price and status with Yazan before relying on it, and verify square footage and lot size against the county record or an appraisal. Listing photos, where shown, are of the listed home; where no photos are shown, none have been supplied yet.

Calculators, valuations, and rates

The calculators on this site produce estimates for planning only. Payments are computed from the price, down payment, rate, and term you enter, with property tax estimated at 1.15% of the price per year and insurance at a flat $250 a month — your actual tax, insurance, HOA dues, and rate will vary. A home valuation from this site is a range based on recent comparable sales, not an appraisal, and not a guarantee of a sale price. The mortgage rate shown is the Freddie Mac survey average as of the date stated next to it; it is an average, not a quote, and your rate depends on your credit profile, down payment, and lender. No outcome — a price, a payment, a loan approval, or a sale — is guaranteed.
