What we collect

When you use a form on this site — the contact form, the home valuation form, or a form to schedule a showing — we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, whether you want to buy, sell, or ask a question, and anything you write in the message field. If you arrive from a link with marketing tags (such as a utm_source), those tags are recorded with your submission so Yazan knows which post or ad brought you here.

We do not collect payment information, financial account details, or government ID numbers through this site. Do not send those through a form.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and for no other purpose: to answer your question, to prepare a home valuation, to schedule a showing, or to connect you with a lender if you ask for that. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you separately agree to it.

Who sees it

Form submissions go to Yazan Khoury only, through his customer relationship system (HubSpot) and a notification email to Yazan.khoury@exprealty.com. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. The only exceptions are the service providers that deliver the form itself — HubSpot, which stores the submission, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the form endpoint — and only as needed to deliver your message to Yazan.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run advertising cookies and does not sell browsing data. It uses only the technical cookies needed for the site to work — for example, the spam protection on the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the site's own security. If an analytics tool is added later, this section will be updated to name it, what it records, and how to opt out.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept in HubSpot for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on the transaction you asked about. If you ask for your information to be deleted, it will be removed from HubSpot and from the notification mailbox, except where the brokerage is required to keep transaction records by law.
